1週間、ぎっくり腰で来院されている方が急増しております!
ぎっくり腰は、早期に治療をすれば早く症状が落ち着く為、早めに治療をしていきましょう!
症状の度合いにもよりますが、
もし、ぎっくり腰になった場合は、すぐに治療を受けるのが一番ですが、理由があり、それが難しい場合は、まずは安静にすることです!
出来れば、仰向けで安静にしましょう
安静にできない・・・という方は、膝を曲げてみてください
それでも、ダメな場合は、痛い方の逆側を下にして横向きになって寝ましょう!
座って安静にされる方がいらっしゃいますが、座る姿勢は、立っている時よりも腰にかかる負担は強くなってしまいます!!
なので、なるべく安静に寝ておきましょう!

たまに、がっつり温める方がいらっしゃいますが、あまりお勧めしません。
場合によっては、炎症が広がり、余計痛みが強く起こる可能性があります。
意外に、あえて何もせず、安静にしてすごすのが1番よかったりします。
中途半端な安静だと、ずるずると長引かせてしまい、運動量も低下し、筋力低下がおこり、それにより再発しやすい状態にもなってしまいます。
早く治す為には、安静+早めに治療を受けましょう!
